University of Cologne announce plans to purchase 45,000 iPhones

We have seen a few schools here is the US announce plans to offer iPhones to students and now the University of Cologne in Germany has announced some plans for a possible purchase of their own. According to Andre Bresges, who is a professor, the university is considering the purchase of 45,000 iPhones.
