Former Vice President Al Gore and the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change won the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize on Friday for their work to raise awareness about global warming, CNN reported this morning. Gore, who won an Oscar for Inconvenient Truth, also sits on the Board of Directors for Apple, Inc.
